Open Question: Cut my forehead badly? Help?

I was climbing a fence and fell and I hit my head on a rock on the ground. I have a large cut on my forehead (bleeding pretty badly) and also im really dizzy. The cut doesn't hurt that much, but my head feels terrible. My head is throbbing, and I'm dizzy and i feel like im gonna throw up. Help?... Read More »
